Basketball's back for the official 2015-2016 NBA season, so get ready, MstarsNews readers!
The Oklahoma City Thunder battle it out on the court against the Dallas Mavericks in Week 17 of the regular season on Wednesday, February 24 at 8:30 p.m. EST from the American Airlines Center in Texas. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the highly-anticipated Wednesday evening basketball game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Now heading into mid-season, Oklahoma City maintains a rather impressive top spot in Marc Stein's official NBA power rankings for ESPN.com, while Dallas lags just a bit behind (out of a total 30 teams):
Thunder (4): "Hard to believe LeBron James is now 17-4 in head-to-head meetings with Kevin Durant (including the playoffs) after the Cavs came to OKC and won by 23. The Thunder suddenly need a win in Saturday night's showdown with Golden State to avoid just their second three-game skid at home, with both KD and Russell Westbrook dressed, since the dark days of Russ' rookie season in 2008-09."
Record: 40-16 (3rd in Western Conference).
Mavericks (16): "How much of a difference can David Lee make? How worrisome is the Mavs' negative point different (and Memphis' for that matter) when two chief rivals for one of the last playoff spots in the West (Portland and Utah) boast positive readings? And can Dallas follow up a 1-5 slide by taking advantage of the season's most favorable stretch of schedule? All valid questions in Big D."
Record: 30-27 (6th in Western Conference).
