The first episode of BET's new show, About the Business, gave viewers a deeper understanding of Ne-Yo's wife. A lot of fans of the singer wanted to know who is Crystal Renay. Opening up about her pregnancy to her pal, Eva Marcille, Renay fell to tears when talking about the child she worked so hard for. Finding comfort from her friend, Renay said that she was just nervous and waiting for the final outcome of her pregnancy so that she could stop being so stressed out. "I've been told my whole life since I was a teenager that I couldn't have children. So for us to have a baby now, it's very exciting," Renay said. "I'm just very nervous and I'm just waiting to see the final outcome so I can relax."

When it comes to her and Ne-Yo, Renay claimed that she was nervous to reveal that they were engaged because people had a lot to say about their relationship. "People have a lot of sh*t to say about me and Shaffer's relationship," she said while previously planning her engagement party.

As for the proposal, Renay claimed that Ne-Yo popped the question without a ring because they "dance to the beat of their own drum."

MStars News previously caught the second proposal where Renay shared that it was her birthday. Ne-Yo decided to pop the question again this time with a ring in front of her family.

Besides focusing on her marriage and baby, Renay wants to open up a nail bar. Hopefully fans of the new show will get to see that nail business come to life.
