Basketball's back for the official 2015-2016 NBA season, so get ready, MstarsNews readers!

The Miami Heat battle it out on the court against the New Orleans Pelicans in Week 21 of the regular season on Tuesday, March 22 at 8:00 p.m. EST from the Smoothie King Center in Louisiana. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the highly-anticipated Tuesday evening basketball game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

Before heading into the official playoff season, Miami maintains a rather impressive top spot in Marc Stein's official NBA power rankings for ESPN.com, while New Orleans still lags a bit behind (out of a total 30 teams):

Heat (7): "Chris Bosh turns 32 this week with his basketball-playing future still very up in the air. The Heat, however, refuse to give in, playing faster and scoring freely since the Feb. 28 debut of Joe Johnson. Miami has averaged 113.6 points per 100 possessions in Johnson's 11 games, going 8-3 and posting six double-digit wins. As for the man himself: JJ is the only perimeter player in the league in that span averaging at least 15 points per game (15.7) while shooting better than 55 percent from the floor."

Record: 40-29 (3rd in Eastern Conference).

Pelicans (22): "The tone for the "most frustrating season" of Alvin Gentry's NBA career was actually set rather early, which you realize once you hark back to New Orleans' season opener at Golden State and remember that he was forced to start Kendrick Perkins and Nate Robinson that night thanks to the Pels' sizable injury list. But now it's official: Anthony Davis has been shut down for the rest of the season (and possibly this summer's Olympics in Rio) courtesy of shoulder and knee woes that mean that The Brow has averaged 65 games played in his four NBA seasons... and that you're going to have to live with that H&R Block commercial if you want him to see during the final 20-odd days of the regular season."

Record: 26-43 (12th in Western Conference).

Tonight's big game will be broadcasted live on local sports channels FSNO and SUN.
