"Stranger Things" break-out child star Millie Bobby Brown has just signed on with a major modeling agency. The 12-year-old actress gained tremendous fame with her role as Eleven in the Netflix 80s-themed supernatural thriller. Now, she is diving into the world of fashion.
In 2016, Millie Bobby Brown became one of the most popular young stars in Hollywood. She currently stars in "Stranger Things" as a young girl with telekinetic powers who battles it out a strange otherworldly being to save the town and her friends. Teen Vogue reports that Millie Bobby Brown has signed up with IMG, which is the same modeling agency that handles models Gigi and Bella Hadid, Ashley Graham, and Karlie Kloss among others. Aside from them, IMG is also the handler of several model-talents like Milla Jovovich ("Resident Evil"), Liv Tyler ("The Leftovers"), Wiz Khalifa ("American Dad!"), and Brown's very own co-star, Winona Ryder ("Stranger Things").
This isn't the first time that Millie Bobby Brown has been approached to model for fashion ads, though. She appeared in a preview for Calvin Klein by Appointment last January. She also met up with Nicholas Ghesquière from Louis Vuitton. Brown and her young co-stars posed with Ghesquière for an Instagram photo. The creative director teased that he would be teaming up with the child actors for a fashion project soon.
Millie Bobby Brown is one stylish child actor. She went to the SAG Awards with a custom-made Armani, according to PEOPLE Magazine. The young celebrity was also seen at the Front Row of New York Fashion Week, where many fashion magazines and designers took note of her edgy and chic ensemble.
The British actress also modeled for W Magazine before, so it's no surprise that Millie Bobby Brown is now taking steps into the fashion world as a young model. With her talent and fans, she is set to make a huge splash for when she finally debuts as a model-actress under IMG.
