When the finale of "The Good Karma Hospital" aired, fans wanted season 2. Some are hopeful that the story will continue, some were positive and one threatened that there will be a riot of the series will not be renewed.

Yes "The Good Karma Hospital" had touched the strings of its viewers' hearts so it deserves another run. Per Unreality TV, the series achieved a consolidated audience of around 6.7 million viewers per episode with 26% audience share. The producers are very thankful for its success.

Everyone involved in the series is very excited about producing "The Good Karma Hospital" Season 2. However, there are no details about the new season yet.
One thing is certain, Dr. Ruby Walker (Amrita Acharia) is staying in India and Maggie Smart (Phyllis Logan) is gone. "The Good Karma Hospital" Season 2 will probably be another heart-warming season.
The cast of the series includes Redman, Acharia, James Floyd (Dr. Gabriel Varma) and Niel Morrisey (Greg Mcconnell). The same stars are expected to return in "The Good Karma Hospital" Season 2. However, at the time there are no details as to who is returning and who's not.
