Sony and Marvel released another look at "Spider-Man: Homecoming" with a brand new trailer. The preview revealed Peter Parker's new spidey tech and more scenes from his fight with Vulture.
The second "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer revealed two purposes for the spider symbol on Peter Parker's (Tom Holland) suit. First, it functions as a button that Peter presses so his suit adheres to his body. He also presses it when he takes his suit off.
Most importantly, the spider symbol on his chest has its technical use. It turns out that it is not only for decoration. The second "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer revealed that it is also a little flying spider drone. Peter himself was surprised and amazed to see it come alive and fly out of his chest.
According to Slashfilm, the spider drone has never been done before in any iteration of Spider-Man. While others may be glad that Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) enhanced the technical aspect of the suit, avid fans may not be too pleased. They may think that it already deviates too much from the classic Spider-Man costume.
Meanwhile, the second "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer also featured more Vulture (Michael Keaton) scenes. Viewers saw the villain recruit his evil minions Tinkerer (Michael Chernus) and Shocker (Bokeem Woodbine). The preview reveals that Vulture's problem is personally with Tony Stark and not with Spider-Man.
"Spider-Man: Homecoming" producer Eric Hauserman Carroll told the USA Today that Vulture is actually after Stark for ruining his business. The villain previously runs a company that cleans up the messes created from superheroes battles. However, he lost his business when Stark decided to take this matter into his own hands. He rebels and becomes a provider of highly technical weapons for the criminals in the city.
Spidey does not like it that Vulture is promoting crime in his city. He makes it his mission to stop the villain and in the process, he risks his life and the life of those close to him. The "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer features an impressive fight scene between Peter Parker and the Vulture, whose real name is Adrian Toomes. Spider-Man seems no match for Vulture's gigantic and powerful flying machine.© 2017 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
