One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has been ordered by the court to stay put. It turns out that the court is still reviewing the case that saw the father of one brawling with a photographer. Eleanor Calder was also involved in the altercation.
According to Mirror, the LAX courthouse was supposed to hear the case and deliver a decision about the airport brawl. However, a Los Angeles City Attorney's Office rep revealed that decision has to be put on hold. The prosecutors are still "reviewing" what should be done to Louis Tomlinson.
So far, there's no news about a new court date for the Louis Tomlinson airport brawl case. It is unclear if he will be charged for battery and a misdemeanor. However, it has been reported previously that Ana Becerra will sue the One Direction hottie for getting "socked" by the singer.
Lawyers for Louis Tomlinson also previously stated that the 1D star was "provoked" by photographer Karl Larsen. In a video that has gone viral over the past weeks, Tomlinson is seen pushing a photographer away as the latter continues to pursue taking photos of Eleanor Calder.
Later on, the video sees Louis Tomlinson grabbing a girl who seems to be all over Eleanor Calder. Tomlinson can be heard saying "What the hell is happening?" in the background before he pulls the girl known as Ana Becerra away from his girlfriend. According to The Sun, Becerra said she will "press charges" against the One Direction star.
Meanwhile, Mail Online reports that the photographer involved in the Louis Tomlinson airport brawl has been given a restraining order. According to the outlet, Karl Larsen has been ordered by the court to stay away from his ex-girlfriend due to "threatening phone calls."
The outlet further points out that Larsen has been involved in a number of lawsuits over the past years and some of them unsurprisingly involve "assault" and "harassment." It remains to be seen if Louis Tomlinson will be charged due to the LAX airport brawl.
