iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak tool is rumored to be released in August. Pangu is rumored to be the one to release the tool, but there has been no confirmation on Pangu's side if they want to really release the tool in public. The demoed Pangu 10.3.1 is rumored to be the only working iOS 10.3.1 Jailbreak tool as of this moment.
With hackers such as Luca Todesco leaving the scene of Jailbreaking, the development of a working tool has been very hard to do. Somehow, there are still some hacker groups such as Pangu who are still active in the scene. In fact, Pangu has been in the Jailbreaking community since the earliest days of Jailbreaking. It is rumored that they demoed a working Pangu 10.3.1 working on iPhone 7 and will be releasing the tool in August. Though it doesn't seem to be the case.
There is still no confirmation about the supposed to be the release of Pangu 10.3.1 on August. The Pangu team has stated earlier that they will be launching the Pangu 10.3.1 after Apple started releasing iOS 10.3.2. Some fans are excited and are avidly waiting for the Pangu 10.3.1 tool, but fans are wondering about the August release, as reported by Telegiz. The beta 2 for 10.3.3 is already in the cooking pot and it is expected to be released shortly. The thing is, by the time the Pangu 10.3.1 will be released in August, it will be outdated.
Some people are starting to think that Pangu doesn't really intended to release the Jailbreak tool publicly, as reported by Blorge. One thing is because the tool has since existed in April and up until now, there is still no news about the tool. If the tool will be released in August, surely Apple will then figured out how to patch the exploited security vulnerabilities that has serves as the reason why the exploit has been possible.
