"Dragon Ball Super" is now (finally) taking a decent pacing in their Universe Survival Arc. The Tournament of Power is now approaching, and it seems like Frieza will conspire with his Universe 6 counterpart, Frost. Here are the reasons why Frieza will not betray the Universe 7.
The Tournament of Power in "Dragon Ball Super" gets a lot interesting, as Frieza is confirmed to be the one participating instead of Majin Buu. It can be noted that Majin Buu has fallen into a deep slumber and is impossible to wake him up. And it seems like Frieza and his Universe 6 counterpart Frost will have an "unusual alliance", as reported by Comic Book. The two is known to be purely evil and both have a grudge on Vegeta; Frost on his fight with Vegeta in Universe 6 VS. Universe 7 battle; and Frieza in the "Resurrection F" movie.
The prior report further spoiled that the voiceover recording of Frieza and Frost's conversation was finished, confirming that Frieza is in fact, going to be the last member of Universe 7. Frieza's voice actor Ryusei Nakao has spoiled that Frieza and Frost has is going to meet and form a scheme in "Dragon Ball Super". Universe 9's Sidra is also reported to plan assassination vs. Frieza, as reported by Blasting News. But it seems like it is unlikely to be successful, given the spoilers about Frieza and Frost's meetup.
The fans aren't surprised about this, as it is somehow expected, Frieza being a villain a lot of times. Frieza is also unlikely the one who will be backstabbing his Universe. Frost could conspire with Frieza to beat other universes and let Universe 7 win, in that way, Frieza will get his revival while Frost will escape authorities from Universe 6 who will try to arrest him after the Tournament. Of course, Frost can wish for his freedom when Universe 6 wins the Tournament, but he can go back to his tyrannical way in Universe 6.
