Katie Couric, the former "Today" show host and current host of the daytime talk show "Katie," is usually pretty quiet about her personal life. However, as is the case with most celebrities who go on Howard Stern's radio show, the popular 56-year-old daytime host opened up about her dating past. Among the big names that came up was Larry King, former "Full House" star Bob Saget, Michael Jackson, "Survivor" host Jeff Probst, and her current boyfriend John Molner. So what did the "King of All Media" get Couric to admit on his SiriusXM radio show?
When talking about comedian Bob Saget, Couric said he "was fun, he was really fun." Meanwhile, Probst didn't get as sterling a review from Couric. She said he work puka shells on their date which she described as "kind of a weird thing."
According to Couric, neither of the guys followed up with her on a second date. However, Couric said, "I can't say that I was devastated that neither called me back." Meanwhile, maybe the oddest pairing would have been with Michael Jackson, had she gone through on date with the legendary performer. Jackson's spiritual adviser Rabbi Shmuley Boteach reportedly approached Couric about going on a date with the singer. Boteach reportedly said to Couric, "Michael said to me 'That's the kind of girl I would like to go out with."
Couric has two daughters, Caroline (17) and Ellie (21) and previously dated Brooks Perlin for about five years, according to the Huffington Post. Couric recently confirmed that she is banker John Molner. Couric's husband Jay died of colon cancer back in 1998.
