It looks like Miguel isn't quite out of the woods yet in regards to his now viral and very famous 2013 Billboard Music Awards leg drop. As you probably know already, the "Adorn" singer accidently leg dropped a fan at the awards show after trying to jump over a group of people and failing during his live performance. You can watch the video below. Now it looks like one of the fans injured by the mess up, Khyati Shah, is reportedly considering a lawsuit against the singer.

Fox News Latino is reporting that despite Shah being seen backstage smiling while icing her injured arm, she now is "considering" legal action after experiencing "difficulties." Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, said that once her client receives her most recent medical results, they will make a decision on whether or not they will sue Miguel. Bhola reportedly told E! News that they will decide "after we have feedback from medical providers."

Immediately following the incident Shah had said she was "star struck" after being interviewed on camera with Miguel. To his credit, Miguel Tweeted an apology to Shah saying, "Got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay." Apparently Miguel may have to pay up after Bhola said that Shah's condition has gotten worse.

Although you likely have already seen the video, you can watch Miguel's leg drop of a fan one more time in the video below.
