Officials with the Winnfield City Police Department out of Louisiana have announced new details on the shooting death of up-and-coming rapper Lil Snupe.
In a press release issued to MStars, the police stated: "Sources close to the investigation stated that the shooting death was a result of an altercation that erupted during a private gaming session of video games at an apartment of a friend.
"Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Winnfield resident Tony Holden, age 36, in connection with this incident. Holden has not been located at this time and is considered armed and dangerous."
Holden is 5-foot-8-inches, weighs approximately 215 lbs., has black hair and brown eyes. The photo at the top is Holden.
Police ask that anyone with knowledge of Holden's location contact the Winnfield Police Dept. at 318-628-3511.
The Meek Mill protégé Lil Snupe, born under the name of Addarren Ross, was murdered early Thursday morning. He was a promising MC, signed to Meek Mill's Dream Chaser's label. He released the mixtape R.N.I.C. before his death and made an impact on the rap scene with his strong skills.
Last night, Mill shared a text message exchange with Lil Snupe, in which it was revealed that rapper Rick Ross wanted him to appear on Self Made 3. "Here's ya shot," said Mill to the 18-year-old.
Fans flooded Twitter following the news of Lil Snupe's death yesterday. "#RIPLilSnupe," "Lil Snupe" and Meek Mill all made waves on the social media website's Trending Topics.
