WWE's SummerSlam pay-per-view is wrestling's second biggest show of the year. 2013's SummerSlam is looking to be a huge show with main event caliber matches on the card already confirmed. The August 18th show's match card already features John Cena defending the WWE Championship against Daniel Bryan and CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar. There are also a number of other rumored matches, and because WWE already taped the next week's Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown we have some spoilers ahead for fans. Yes, some of the results contain spoilers for the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view.

One match that has been rumored by Wrestling-Edge.com is Big Show joining Mark Henry in a SummerSlam handicap match against The Shield. Big Show was advertised to wrestle at last week's Raw, but did not appear. Wrestling-Edge reports that Big Show has been pulled from WWE's overseas tour due to injury concerns. However, the rumor is that this match is planned for the pay-per-view. The only problem is that WWE is running out of time to build up for the match.

Warning: Spoiler

In the August 2nd Smackdown tapings, Wrestling-Edge.com is reporting that Christian defeated Rob Van Dam and Randy Orton in a number one contenders match to face Alberto Del Rio for the Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam.

Although it's not official yet, it seems as though Damien Sandow versus Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam is almost a given, as is Dolph Ziggler versus Big E Langston. Also the Wyatt Family, according to Wrestling-Edge's Raw spoilers for the July 29th show, are continuing their attack on Kane, so fans may get to see some sort of match at SummerSlam involving them.
