"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Kandi Burruss is stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to her mother, Mama Joyce and her finace Todd Tucker. In an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" with Bravo's host, Andy Cohen, Kandi explained that thing have gotten more awkward after RHOA co-star Cynthia Bailey and comedienne Sandra Bernhard appeared on a previous show and talked about Mama Joyce needing finances from Kandi.

"She's not speaking to me right now because you and Sandra and Cynthia - she didn't like the fact that you guys were saying that she needed me [financially], whatever," Kandi told the host.Kandi admitted that her mother didn't need her financial resources, and added that she would never abandon her,"She can be fine without my help, let me just say that. But I feel like as her daughter, it's my job that she's good. She made sure I was good growing up; I'm going to make sure she's good. I don't care if she doesn't like my relationship, that's my mom."

Kandi choked up to Cohen, "I don't care what y'all have to say. That's my mama! I'm going to make sure my mama's good." She continued, "She don't have to talk to me. She don't to have to say nothing to me. That's my mama and y'all can Tweet 'til you get blue in the face, I don't care! She can have whatever she wants 'cause that's my mama!"

 When the singer was confronted by Todd for the mistreatment caused by Mama Joyce, Kandi blogged that she doesn't see herself getting involved with her mother, "Everyone says stand up to your mama and blah, blah, blah, but believe it or not I do speak my mind to my mother. I just don't say it in some crazy disrespectful way, because she is my mother," Kandi wrote.
