It's probably fair to say that most of the things coming out of Kanye's mouth at any given time are potentially arrogant, delusional, or just leave us with a confused look on our faces. Though it can be humorous when we're lucky, he's done it again and this time he's comparing his life with Kim and his career as a performer on stage to that of being a police officer or a soldier.
While speaking with SaturdayNightOnline.com host Garrett, he shared his thoughts on the risks he takes everyday by being on stage, and how one day he'll have to explain all of this to his daughter.
"Like, I'm just giving of my body on the stage; I'm putting my life at risk, literally!" West said.
"When I think about when I'm on the 'Can't Tell Me Nothing,' and 'Coldest Winter' moment, like that mountain goes really, really high. And if I slipped... You never know. And I think about it. I think about my family and I'm like, wow, this is like being a police officer or something, in war or something."
Yeah, alright... The potential of slipping on stage at a sold-out concert is totally comparable to the risks soldiers encounter everyday overseas. He definitely seems stressed out by it though, which was reflected at a recent Yeezus show in Tampa, Fla. when he demanded the lights be turned off as he violently cursed at tech and crew. He later returned to the stage, continuing his expletive-filled rant that lasted 14 minutes, according to Radar.
In the radio interview he shared his heart-felt thoughts about the rough position he's in as a celebrity. "I'll explain to my daughter my one day, that me and her mother, we had to fight for this position that we'll finally have."
