As if Paul Walker's sudden death wasn't tragic enough, now there's this.
Photos from the horrifying crash scene are currently going viral on the web. The alleged images show the charred remains of both 40-year-old Walker and his longtime friend Roger Rodas. As Mstars previously reported:
These gruesome photos of the deceased "Fast and Furious" actor are currently being shopped on the web to the "highest bidder." An insider who already saw one of the graphic images tells Globe magazine:
"The image is truly horrifying. The picture ... shows the bodies of the two victims [Walker and friend Roger Rodas] - and makes sure you can't miss them by outlining the corpses in color! It shows the inside of the Porsche after it was ravaged by fire... The bodies are severely burned and can be clearly seen lying inside the vehicle. Walker's body is still fairly intact. He has fallen backwards and his arms are spread apart. He is completely burned. No more clothes on his body."
Walker and longtime friend Roger Rodas passed away in a tragic car explosion in Southern California on November 30. Apparently, the on-scene snapshots also include images of Rodas. The source explains that his body is "badly burned" as well - "just his upper body can be seen."
The insider concludes, "It's outrageous to think that the Walker or Rodas family could be surfing the internet and click on these pictures and see their relatives like this."
Very true - which is why Mstars News will NOT re-post the heartbreaking photos here. Two alleged images of the corpses have already leaked online, but it remains unconfirmed if they're actually real or not (some sicko could've just photoshopped the pics to try and earn some extra cash).
Just hours after the crash scene pictures went viral, several fans hit-up Twitter emotionally requesting that the images be taken off the internet:
@tatianaryan18: "Paul Walker corpse pictures for sale? There comes a moment where some humans raise their bar to be less than manure. #disgusting."
@stifmeister8518: "I can't believe how people have no heart, Paul Walker's family has to deal with enough and now some sicko is exploiting his burnt corpse."
@MyChmclRmnc: "Whoever took a picture of Paul Walker's dead body and is selling it to tabloids can go to hell."
@B_Kallasides: "Tell me why someone is trying to sell photos of Paul Walker's corpse... Would you want someone selling photos of YOUR loved one's dead body?"
@paigecardona: "humanity has slipped to an all new low. Some idiot is shopping around photos of Paul Walker's burnt body for millions. Disgusting!"
Now that these disturbing images have already hit the web, it'll probably be hard to erase them from cyber space completely. Some gossip outlets are posting the photos simply for "shock" value, and that's just wrong. But according to one KPopStarz fan named Sue, writing and reading about Walker's death at all is a shameful form of exploitation:
"We are all guilty of exploiting his death to a degree... by clicking on all of these stories thus encouraging story after story. Shame on us and shame on the media (yes, that includes me!)"
Do Mstars readers agree? Or is it a meaningful way of remembering and paying tribute to the beloved actor?
