With funeral preparations set for Friday, the Hoffman family leave for the actors wake. Philip Seymour Hoffman was just 46-years-old when he was found dead from an apparent drug overdose Sunday, Feb. 2.

The video shows the grieving family as they get into the car that will take them on that finally ride to see the body of Hoffman.

Hoffman's children, Cooper, Tallulah, and Willa, who are all young starred down camera's as they walked to the car. Hoffman's two daughters sucked on a red lollipop as they got into the SUV.

The small private wake is being held at the Frank E. Campbell funeral home allowing only friends, and family inside.

Hoffman's mother, Marilyn O'Connor was said to be in attendance covering the side of her face, according to RadarOnline. O'Donnell was not with her lover, she was estranged from the relationship at the time of his fatal death.

Reports were made that the mother of three ordered Hoffman to get out of the family home after his drug addiction started up again in the six weeks leading up to his heroin overdose.

The actors funeral will be held Friday Feb. 7 at St. Ignatius of Loyola on Park Ave. The wake time is 5-9 pm est. according to TMZ.
