The 2014 Teen Choice Awards took place last night at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and brought out all kinds of A-List celebrities including Nina Dobrev, Shailene Woodley, Selena Gomez, and Demi Lovato just to name a few.
While the night focused on the awards, with The Fault In Our Stars, and Pretty Little Liars taking home a majority of the surfboard trophies, our eyes were more fixated on the fashion of the night.
The blue carpet was a buzz with some truly amazing summer fashions, while also hitting a low note with some truly disastrous looks.
We have sifted through the fashion hits and misses of the night to bring you the 6 best and 6 worst looks from the TCAs.
We'll start out with the worst looks, just so we can end on a high note.
Rowan Blanchard might be meeting the world in her show Girl Meets World but she definitely didn't meet the requirements for the Teen Choice Awards. For the summer inspired awards, she chose to wear a grey colored romper that aged her dramatically, making her look more like a middle-aged woman as opposed to a girl.
We are hoping that If I Stay star, Chloe Grace Moretz, doesn't stay in this look for longer than the night. The only things that should be black and white and red all over are newspapers, and this outfit is just making us red with anger.
Shailene, Shailene, Shailene. If you ever wanted to age yourself twenty years, just take advice from Shailene Woodley. The Fault in Our Star's actress had a major fault on the carpet in this strange long sleeve printed dress.
Kendall Jenner needs to return this outfit to her older sisters closest ASAP. A major trend for the worst dressed seems to be choosing outfits that age the wearer at least twenty years, and we don't understand why.
Wiliow Shields may be in The Hunger Games, but she doesn't need to be wearing what looks like spoons on her blouses. At first glance, the strange patterns of embellishments look like spoons, which should never be on a shirt. Pair that with two mismatched blue colors and you have the recipe for a worst dressed look.
Zendaya definitely wins the worst dressed look of the night in her Cruella De Vil inspired look. The short hair mixed with the hooker heels and the zebra shirt are definitely not something that we want to put on "Replay."
As far as best-dressed looks go, these ladies really hit all the right marks on the carpet this year.
Nina Dobrev definitely won the night in her blue, pink, and gold inspired spray-painted look. She matches perfectly with a pair of pink heels and a gold clutch, and finishes off the look flawlessly with a fishtail braid. We don't know if The Vampire Diaries star compelled us to pick her for our fashion favorite, but with a look this polished, who cares.
Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale has a secret... *whisphers she's a knockout. The TV star turned country singer sizzled on the blue carpet as she wore a red satin mini dress. Her look proved to be killer on stage as well as she accepted the award for this year's best TV actress- drama.
Victoria Justice truly was Victorious in picking out her look for the TCA's. The Nickelodeon star stunned in a white lace dress that gave just the right amount of sophistication while still keeping with the summer vibe that the show is famous for.
Taylor Swift made us green with envy on the red carpet last night. The Red songstress traded in her signature color for a sea foam green crop-top with a matching skirt. She finished the look off with yellow heels, and a hint of pink lip-gloss.
We can't possibly keep up with Kylie Jenner in her stellar look from last night. The reality-star wore a black crop-top that she paired with a gold skirt and gladiator heels.
Disney darling Bella Thorne looked simply magical in her flower inspired mini dress. The "Shake It Up" star showed off her toned body while still keeping her look age appropriate, in this blue and white floral outfit.© 2016 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
