It's almost been 20 years since Full House went off the air and we have been waiting about that same amount of time for a possible reunion show to happen. While we got our hopes up earlier this summer when reports began circling that a revival was in the works, it looks like that might have all just been talk.
E! News caught up with Lori Loughlin last week where the actress, who played Aunt Becky on the series, talked about her involvement in the possible reunion.
"The truth is no one has contacted me," the star explained. "I have not been called. So if there's something going on, I don't know."
"Maybe there might be something going on with Candace and the younger [girls]. I don't really know," Lori said, clearly in the dark about these rumors. "I don't know that it's necessarily the entire cast that is invited to come back. I'm not sure."
We would hope that should something be going on that they wouldn't leave one of America's favorite characters out. This only further makes us think that the reports that a reunion was in the works were just rumors.
TV Guide was the first to post about the revival saying that most of the original gang would be back for the project, including John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibler), along with stars Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) and Dave Coulier (Joe Gladstone) also looking to return.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, along with Loughlin, were not included in the original report, making us question how valid these reports really are.
Until the day that we actually get a trailer for a reunion show, we will just keep hoping and praying for one.© 2019 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
