Some of the biggest names in the industry were on the red carpet on Oct. 30 to support Alicia Keys and her 11th annual Keep A Child Alive Black Ball, which has raised more than $22 million for children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India.

The event included A-list guests such as Kanye West, Madonna and Aretha Franklin. According to StyleBlazer, a very pregnant Keys, who co-founded Keep A Child Alive, served as host alongside husband Swizz Beatz and Sean 'Diddy' Combs. The Black Ball honored Givenchy's artistic director, (and Kanye's BFF) Riccardo Tisci, with the KCA Humanitarian Award and also featured performances by Nas and Angel Haze.

Some of the stars present spoke with StyleBlazer on the red carpet and shared some of their favorite beauty products and style inspirations. Celebrity hairstylist, Chaz Dean, even cleared up his recent comments, calling out Real Housewives Of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes for having the worst hair in Hollywood. Here is what some celebs had to say regarding style and beauty on the red carpet.

Alicia Keys

Keys told StyleBlazer that her son Egypt is super excited about being a big brother.

"He's super ready and he is so excited not to be the youngest anymore. He's kissing my little belly and being all sweet. I think we're all ready and I'm feeling really good."

Keys is due on New Year's Eve. StyleBlazer asked if that would influence the baby's name in any way.

"I don't think so because obviously we don't know if the baby is really going to be born on that date, that is what the projection is, but who knows?"

LaLa Anthony

LaLa shared her favorite beauty product that she can't live without.

"Makeup wipes absolutely. I take my makeup off every night. A lot of people don't do that and it's bad if you don't."

Angela Simmons

Angela revealed what influences her clothing line when it's time to design.

"I'm influenced by my surroundings so for me traveling and being around other cultures and other people definitely influences me."

One beauty must-have she can't live without: Neutrogena face wipes.

"I need just basic stuff like chapstick and facewash. There are these Neutrogena face wipes that I live for, and they smell like lavender and I use them every night."

She also shared which celebrity's style she's currently obsessed with.

"Victoria Beckham."

Chaz Dean

We all know celebrity hair stylist, Chaz Dean, knows a thing or two about hair. When asked who has the best hair in Hollywood, he responded:

"Roselyn Sanchez. She's a WEN girl, and her hair just keeps growing and growing. It's gorgeous."

As far as his recent comment regarding NeNe Leakes having the worst hair in Hollywood, he explained:

"That was on the spot they asked me. It's just I would want to change it up. She's been that way from the beginning so it's time to switch it up."
