Journalist and ABC correspondent Katie Couric is set to premiere her own television talk show "Katie," which will debut in September. Although the first season hasn't even kicked off yet, Couric has already confirmed a slew of big-name celebrity appearances - Demi Lovato and Jessica Simpson just to name two.

This will be the 32-year-old's first on-air interview since giving birth to daughter Maxwell on May 1. Pop-rock/country crooner Sheryl Crowe will also stop by on the first episode, and is prepared to talk about her current struggle with meningioma, a brain tumor which is usually benign. According to Ace Showbiz, Crowe also recorded the theme song to the show.
Other well-known celebrities that will talk with Couric on the first season of "Katie" - Demi Lovato, Jennifer Lopez, Barbra Streisand, Heidi Klum, Susan Sarandon, Chelsea Handler, Sofia Vergara, Wendy Williams, and "50 Shades of Grey" author E L James.
It was announced back in June that Couric had signed a $40 million contract with ABC to host the new daytime talk show under the production of Disney-ABC Domestic Television.
