Will Two and A Half Men be ending the series with three men? The CBS series, which is calling it quits later this year, is reportedly in talks to bring back former star Charlie Sheen. The Chuck Lorre-produced series has been on the airwaves for 12 seasons is now saying goodbye. With that, Sheen could be joining forces with Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer to give the show the proper goodbye that it deserves!
According to Radar Online, Sheen has been in talks with his former boss (Lorre) about returning for the Feb. 19 series finale, despite their epic feud in 2011.
"There is no more bad blood between Charlie and Chuck. They made their peace awhile ago," the source explains to the site. "Chuck has offered Charlie the opportunity to return for the series finale of the show, and both sides are talking about making it happen."
Lorre and Sheen are in the negotiation phase with no verdict having been reached just yet.
"No decisions has been made, and Charlie wants to be comfortable with what the plans are for his role," the insider added.
According to The San Francisco Examiner, CBS entertainment chief Nina Tassler talked about what the team has in store for the finale.
"I can promise you there will be a lot of surprises," Tassler explained during the TCA press tour, adding that Lorre is cooking up "what he's calling a 'mystery sandwich.'"
According to the site, it will be interesting to see how the star will be brought back to the series as she was killed off in a "meat explosion after being struck by a train in the Paris subway."
The series finale will air on Feb. 19 on CBS.
