Vince Vaughn is reportedly dead from a jet-ski crash in Turks and Caicos Islands, however we advise you to NOT believe the death rumor.  It was released by the infamous website Global Associated News that has virtually killed off many celebrities for "entertainment" purposes.

The story sounds real due to the information provided about the accident, including the exact time of the death.  The article even provides an image of a broken down jet-ski craft.

A snippet of the report reads, "THIS STORY IS STILL DEVELOPING...  Actor Vince Vaughn died while on a personal vacation in Turks and Caicos early this morning from injuries sustained in a Jet-Ski accident - September 19, 2012."

If you scroll down the very bottom of the website, it also reads, "FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes!"

It continues to say that the death hoax stories are all generated based on templates.  So it may not be surprising to find several of your favorite actors "dying" in the same type of accident on the same island.

The FAKE article has already gained nearly 700 likes and it won't be long till more people spread the story of his "death."

A previous death hoax regarding Morgan Freeman's death spread like wild fire through the internet racking up 1 million "likes" on an RIP Morgan Freeman page.  Despite an official statement released to E! Online that Freeman was alive and well, thousands of people did not check their facts and believed in the story.

A lessons for all who read this article: please check your facts with leading and legitimate publications before you start typing about a potential death!

Feel free to "like", "share", or "tweet" this article to spread the facts!
