MStars News previously learned that Vin Diesel and his longtime girlfriend, Paloma Jiménez welcomed their third child together, and now we know the name of the Furious 7 star's newborn daughter. According to NBC's Today, Diesel decided to name his baby girl after his late friend and costar, Paul Walker who died Nov. 30, 2013 in a terrible car crash.
"I named her Pauline," Diesel revealed to NBC anchor Natalie Morales.
"I'm telling you this because I love you," Diesel said, before sharing his daughter's name. "I know that you are a good soul, and I know that this is in good hands."
Diesel announced the birth of his third child via Facebook on March 16. The actor posted a sweet photo of his precious daughter and wrote:
"I hear babies crying, I watch them grow. They'll learn much more, Than I'll ever know. And I think to myself, What a wonderful world..."
Pauline joins her elder sibling, Hania Riley Sinclair, 6, and Vincent Sinclair, 4.
Diesel claims that his good friend was in the room when his daughter was born.
"He was in the room," Diesel claims. "There's no other person that I was thinking about as I was cutting this umbilical cord. I just ... knew he was there." He added, "It felt like, you know, a way to keep his memory a part of my family and a part of my world."
"This was a labor of love. In some ways, this was the hardest movie I've ever had to do," the Furious star said. "The relationships you see in the film are so real. When the tragedy happened... I lost my best friend. I lost my brother." Diesel told fans during a screening of the film recently.
Furious 7 will be in theaters on April 3.© 2019 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
