Ahead of its April premiere date for Season 3, BBC America has released all-new teasing info about their sci-fi thriller, Orphan Black. The countdown has begun for Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany) to figure out how to deal with the "viciousness" of the Castor Brothers (Ari Millen).

As we previously mentioned, con artist Sarah Manning (Maslany) discovered several women who looked exactly like her. Sarah and the other women, including soccer mom Alison, killer Helena, and geek girl Cosima, are all part of a cloning experiment gone horribly wrong. The military, a corporation, and an extreme religious cult all seem to be involved in the growing conspiracy as they attempt to get their hands on the female clones and Sarah's innocent daughter.

In the second season cliffhanger, it was revealed that not only does Sarah have twin sisters, her DNA was also manipulated by geneticists to form male versions. Her so-called brothers, Mark Rollins and Rudy (Ari Millen), are tied to the upcoming storyline, which includes the Project Castor military clones.

Millen dishes to Entertainment Weekly about his character, Rudy, "He's a trained soldier. He's very dangerous. We'll see that soldier mentality and that killer instinct and comaraderie of the Castor brothers, that sort of fraternity, but you'll also see the viciousness and the craziness that is probably more of an act than a screw loose. But it's all about intimidation."

In an interview with TV Line, the Exit Humanity actor describes each look of the three male clones, "Obviously, we've gotten to know Mark. He's got that funky haircut. And then you have Rudy with a mohawk and a scar, and I was able to draw on the extremes of his appearance to find his personality. Then with Miller, it's very straight-edge. He's almost like the opposite of the other two in that he epitomizes military. So within those three guys, I've been able to find a lot of differences."

Season 3 of Orphan Black premieres on BBC America in April 18, 2015.
