The Season 4 finale of Suits ended on USA Network with a major cliffhanger. With the Season 5 premiere announced, the lawyer drama casts John Pyper-Ferguson in a major role opposite Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) and Patrick J. Adams (Mike Ross). Could he possibly be a enemy or ally?
In our finale recap, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) wanted more from Harvey but he wasn't willing to take the chance and risk their relationship. While Mike proposed to Rachel (Meghan Markle), Donna announced she was leaving Harvey and teaming up with Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) as his secretary. Unable to convince her to stay with him, the last thing Donna said to Harvey was "I love you."
According to Deadline, The Last Ship actor has landed a recurring role in the upcoming fifth season. Pyper-Ferguson plays Jack, a partner at the law firm and new head of the firm's Compensation Committee. Jack will have to work with the on-going power struggle between Harvey (Macht) and Louis (Hoffman), which could possibly be about Donna.
TV Guide has an exclusive first look at the Season 5 poster. The Pearson Specter Litt team are all cooped up in a conference room. The tagline states, "People in glass offices shouldn't throw stones."
Notice how Louis has eyes on Donna but her attention is towards Harvey. Possibly because of her own break-up, Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) stands by herself.
The official Suits Facebook page has also released the poster as their banner.

As we previously mentioned, actress Christina Cole joins the cast as Dr. Paula Agard, a Harvard educated psychiatrist who specializes in high end corporate consulting. NBA legend, Charles Barkley, came down to Toronto and filmed his cameo as Harvey's new client.
The fifth season premiere of Suits airs June 24 at 9pm on USA.
