So, we knew the WWE's John Cena was a strong man. But did we know he could bench 440 pounds? Well, no. Truthfully, we didn't know anyone could bench that much, but apparently it's something people do.
In what is called "TrueBenchThursday" – something else we didn't know people did – the 38-year-old star took to his official Twitter account to post a video of him benching 440 pounds.
And for the record, yes, he brings it all the way down, and all the way up.
