The below video shows a shake that can boost your metabolism and help you grab that toned butt and slim stomach you're searching for this summer. Of course, it might help if you work out, too.
Anyway, per a report from Health.com¸ this Spiced Green Tea Smoothie is rich in flavor, as it is comprised of lemon, agave and a kick of cayenne pepper, AND it helps you lose weight. More of the recipe is as follows:
"3/4 cup strong green tea, chilled
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tsp agave nectar
1 small pear, skin on, cut into pieces
2 tbsp fat-free plain yogurt
6-8 ice cubes"
The above report notes that drinking upwards of four cups of green tea a day can help us shed six pounds in eight weeks.
