There's something about a walk that helps us free our minds from the hustle and bustle of, well, life. Because of this, it's important to try and do this more often. And if you find yourself lucky enough to be near a park, a new study in the United Kingdom shows that walking through an area filled with green can put your mind in a meditative state.
Why is it that exercising outside appears to be so refreshing, especially when it's yoga? Well, per our report, it looks like it's just more relaxing. And if you decide to try your hand at some downward facing dog early in the morning when it's quiet in the park, well, that's just amazing.
