Grammy Award winning songstress Adele has remained very hush-hush about the son she gave birth to back in October... the "Skyfall" crooner has yet to even publically announce the baby's name! But according to several recent reports, Adele was spotted walking around Hollywood earlier this week flaunting a dainty gold necklace with the name Angelo engraved on it... inadvertently leading the paparazzi to believe that Angelo is indeed her young son's name. A close pal of the English singer/songwriter recently confirmed the baby name news with the popular U.K. tabloid The Sun.
The "21" starlet remained very quiet throughout her entire pregnancy - after giving birth to a baby boy on October 19, she told reporters that she and fiancé Simon Konecki only referred to their son as "Little Peanut." Adele even refused to comment about her son's name at the Golden Globes held on Jan. 13, where she received an award for her James Bond movie theme song "Skyfall." This was Adele's first formal public appearance since giving birth.
But now reports confirm that the legal name of Adele's baby son is definitely Angelo. After the songstress was spotted sporting the engraved necklace, inside source for The Sun confirms - "Those close to Adele have been told the baby is called Angelo. We're not sure of the significance of the name.... Wearing an Angelo necklace not only backs up what is being said, it suggests she's not worried about people finding out."
Congrats to the couple on starting a happy family while trying to keep their personal lives out of the Hollywood limelight. In other Adele news, the "Rolling in the Deep" starlet is set to perform her award-winning song "Skyfall" at this year's Oscar Awards on Feb. 24.
