The girls' birth came days after the basketball star revealed she was having pains, and contractions which resulted in an emergency surgery to keep her cervix closed until she reached nine months. In a lenthly message to her followers, Johnson revealed a troubling ultrasound of the babies and explained to everyone what they were seeing.
The 25-year-old wrote: "Thank You Everyone for being Prayer Warriors over the last couple of days . . . I am a little over 24 weeks (6 Months) pregnant and I have been in a lot of pain last week (not knowing I was Having Contractions). So I called my doctor and he said for me to come in as quick as possible to make sure I wasn't in Pre-term Labor. We did some testing and two routine ultrasounds. If you look closely, Baby A has almost kicked through my Cervix, attempting to break my water."
She continued, "The doctors visit I thought I had, Quickly turned into Emergency Cervical Cerclage Surgery in a matter of minutes. The Cerclage Stitch attempts close my Cervix back until I am further along, preventing the babies from being able to break my water sooner then they are supposed to. Unfortunately we still have to control the contractions to make sure I don't go into labor today, tomorrow, or any point before I hit 32 weeks when we can deliver. On a positive note, I finally got released home from the hospital, My contractions are mild, and I'm with my family and best friend that flew into 5 minutes before all this CRAZINESS started. The Babies and I are FINE for now. Continue to Keep Us In Your Prayers! Love You Guys!!!"

The twins were born just a few days from Griner's birthday, which was on Oct. 18. Their unexpected early birth comes just a few weeks after Griner kicked out their mother, Johnson. Uptown magazine reported that a judge awarded Griner temporary use of the Arizona home, the two women once shared while they finalize the divorce. The order took effect immediately, where Johnson had to plan a date to gather her things within a short period of time.
The order in the documents were detailed: Johnson only gets 20 minutes to grab her "belongings, including clothing, toiletries, and luggage." A police officer has to be present at Griner’s home to make sure nothing goes down between the two.
As MStars News previously reported, both of the WNBA stars were put in handcuffs after a domestic violence altercation weeks before their wedding back in May.
Griner requested an annulment 28 days after she said "I Do" to Johnson. Soon after the world learned Johnson was carrying their twin girls.
Hopefully the twins early birth will influence their parents to get back together. Johnson and Griner's twins were due in January. Happy early birthday Ava and Solei!© 2018 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
