There might be trouble in paradise for 19 Kids and Counting stars Josh Duggar and his wife Anna, but could the tension be making its way up to the parents of the family? Well we won't jump to any conclusions, but Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar announced on their Facebook page earlier this week that they were checking themselves into a marriage retreat. While it isn't as intensive as the help that Josh is seeking while in rehab, after a cheating scandal became public news, the couple of 30-years is still hoping to work on their relationship with each other.
According to PEOPLE, Jim Bob and Michelle have checked themselves into the "marriage retreat," as a way to find some "beautiful truths" about their relationship.
The couple posted that they would be spending some time at the Fort Rock marriage retreat in Arkansas to focus on their marriage.
"We are having a special time at the www.fortrock.org marriage retreat in Saint Paul, Arkansas on the edge of the Ozarks National Forest!" the couple posted on the social media site. "Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful truths!"
They also posted a picture of themselves at the retreat, where they are stand next to each other smiling pretty happily.
According to Radar Online, the retreat lasted from October 17-19, where couples paid $275 for the whole weekend to participate in team building activities that were meant for "rekindling, reviving and renewing," couple's relationships.
The whole weekend was led by pastor S.M. Davis, who provided couples with biblical solutions to some "critical family problems."
As we previously reported, the family has had their fair share of "critical family problems," as their eldest son Josh has checked himself into rehab after his molestation scandal, and separate cheating scandal made their way into the public view.
He is now seeking treatment for these issues at a rehabilitation center.© 2019 Mstars News, All rights reserved. Do not reproduce without permission.
